Careful preparation with classic rubs and hours and hours of hardwood smoking produce the best ribs in town using only the best large, meaty St. Louis cuts and finishing these ribs with Memphis Mop sauce and Joe's own Special BBQ sauce to keep them moist! Slow Cooked Pulled Pork and a Grilled House Sausage accompany these Smoked Ribs along with Smokey Baked Beans, House Recipe Potato Salad and Honey Cornbread Muffin. Peach and Apple Cobbler topped with Sweet Cream finish this Delicious Barbecue Dinner.
