Puppies, Dexter and Miss Betty Sue, and Hush Puppies were at Joe's Secret Garden this week!
Down Home” Southern Chicken Fried Steak Dinner.
Lightly breaded Tender Beef with just a soft spice kick, fried golden and delicately bathed in a Roasted Pepper Gravy served with Mashed Potatoes, Fried Cabbage, Fresh Vegetables and Hush Puppies. A Vegetarian Dinner resplendent with a selection of Dahl and many many vegetables was also an option along with Rosemary Herbed Roasted Chicken. Cafe Salad with Mississippi Come Back Dressing started this repast And Mississippi Mud Pie finished this feast with finesse.
