Medallions of Beef Montreal or Filet of Salmon in a Lemon Dill Sauce!

Joe's Secret Garden was filled with candlelight this Saturday as the blackouts continued in Cuenca, but the welcome patter of raindrops as well as Joe's bid Leonard and Laura Wonder Nevin a Fond Farewell, Adieu and Adios! We will miss you!

Roasted Filet of Salmon in a Lemon Dill Sauce or Grilled Lomo Fino Montreal, all accompanied with a Loaded Twice Baked Potato and Fresh Sautéed Vegetables was our Entree this evening. A Classic Caesar Salad started our Sumptuous Repast and French Apple Cake topped with a Salted Carmel Sauce concluded our delicious dinner.

Joe's Famous Onion Rings are just the Temping Start of the Barbecue Rib Feast! 

Careful preparation with Classic Rubs and hours and hours of Hardwood Smoking produce the best ribs in town! Memphis Mop sauce and Joe's own Special BBQ sauce keep them moist! Slow Cooked Pulled Pork and Grilled House Sausage accompany the Ribs and Smokey Baked Beans, House Potato Salad and Honey Cornbread Muffin complete this Family Style Barbecue! Apple Peach Cobbler topped with Sweet Cream finish this Delicious Dinner.
