Celebrating Cuenca’s Independance with Savory, Succulent, Satisfying Fried Chicken!

Crispy, Crunchy, Scraggly and Subtly Spicy Golden Fried Chicken served with Creamy Mardi Gras Slaw, Buttery Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Milk Gravy and Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits. Our Scrumptious Postre was a Warm Chocolate Pudding Cake topped with Sweet Cream!

Highlighting Joe’s Secret Garden Bar this week! Featuring Bar Manager, Angel Matailo, whose expertise in making extraordinary cocktails is relished by all our guests! An excellent selection of wines is also available. 

Thai Coconut Curry Soup with Shrimp started our Asian Dinner.  Prepared by our Fabulous Chef, KP, Amarasiri Kalugamage, Teriyaki Beef Kabobs, tender cut of beef marinated in soy, ginger, molasses and garlic, char grilled with onion, finished with our special Asian Glaze and fresh broccoli and carrots, sprinkled with with sesame seeds and green onion garnish. Asian Chicken Kabobs marinated in soy, ginger, molasses and garlic were also an option, Singapore Rice Noodles complete the Plate.  Dessert was a Mango Mousse topped with fresh mangos and candied bits.  A Taste of the Orient!
