Joe's Secret Garden's Famous Onion Rings tempt the appetite of our Diners as they enjoy Chatting and Cocktails in the Garden and Lounge before Dinner. 

Careful preparation with classic rubs and hours and hours of hardwood smoking produce the best ribs in town using only the best large, meaty St. Louis cuts and finishing these ribs with Mempshis Mop sauce and Joe's own Special BBQ sauce to keep them moist! Slow Cooked Pulled Pork and Grilled House Sausage accompany these Smoked Ribs along with Baked Beans, House Recipe Potato Salad and Honey Cornbread Muffins. Peach and Apple Cobbler topped with Sweet Cream finish this Delicious Barbecue Dinner.
