Osso Buco, A Heavenly Northern Italian Classic!
Tender beef shanks, braised in a subtle yet sophisticated tomato vegetable sauce finished with a bright gremolata of fresh parsley, lemon zest and garlic. Creamy Polenta with a touch of Cabernet compliaments this classic dish. A Salad of Winter Greens, Orange, Beets, and Avocado in Apple Vinaigrette started our repast and Tiramisu dessert finished it perfectly! Entertainment during the repast was by Francisco Ampuero and we celebrated Ken Vix’s Birthday with song, dancing and a fiery candle! Happy Birthday Ken!
