Mexican Dinner!

 House made Tortilla Soup starts this dinner, a rich chicken broth containing roasted corn and mild peppers and topped with avocado slices topped with tortilla strips. 

Fajitas Your Way! Fajitas a popular Tex Mex dish made from your choice of meat, either Char Grilled Beef or Grilled Chicken, along with grilled onions and sweet peppers served with warm tortillas, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo, allowing you to create your own flavor combinations.  The Sweet Finish is Tres Leches Cake, a light cake soaked in a sweet milk mixture and topped with fresh whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Down Home Southern Fried Chicken Dinner at its Best!

Crisp, Crunchy, Scraggly and Subtly Spicy Golden Fried Chicken served with Creamy Mardi Gras Slaw, Buttery Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Milk Gravy and Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits.  Herbed Roasted Chicken is also an option for dinner, as well, Eggplant Parmesan, a vegetarian offering. Our Scrumptious Postre was a Warm Chocolate Pudding Cake topped with Sweet Cream!
