Petite Shrimp Louis, Cajun Spiced Shrimp served with Sieved Hard Boiled Egg, Cherry Tomatoes and Sliced Cucumber on a Bed of Crispy Lettuce drizzled with Joe's Creamy Signature Dressing was the Salad for our Christmas Dinner, followed by KP's Golden Roasted Turkey, Brined and Herb Butter Infused. Accompanied with Traditional Herb Bread Stuffing with Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Scalloped Potatoes with Smoked Country Ham, Broccoli Gratin and Orange Ginger Braised Carrots and Pan Rolls. Topped with Colorful Christmas Candy was the Dessert of Brioche Eggnog Bread Pudding stuffed with Cranberries and Raisins.
