Grilled Premium Filet & Teriyaki Shrimp Kabobs!

Tender filet of Beef and sweet, large Shrimp marinaded in Soy, Garlic, Ginger and Molasses, threaded on a Bamboo Skewer with Sweet Pepper, Zucchini and Onion, Grilled over Smoky Charcoal and finished with Joe's own Special Asian Glaze. Big Island Fried Rice paired with these Kabobs. An Orange, Avocado and Beet Salad with a sweet Cider Vinaigrette started this dinner and a Piña Colada Bread Pudding topped with sweet Cream, a Pineapple Wedge and Coconut Crumble finished it off beautifully. 
Our guests enjoyed being photographed in Joe's Secret Garden with wine and cocktails before dinner.
