A Cafe Salad with Ranch Dressing, then Chicken Fried Steak with Fire Roasted Chili Gravy accompanied with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Broccoli with a Lemon Jest and a Cracklin Corn Bread Muffin. Ending with an Old Fashioned Cinnamon Apple Pie Crepe in a Caramel Sauce a la Mode with Sprinkles! Our guests enjoyed this delicious meal in Joe's sumptuous dining room after a lively cocktail hour.
