I must apologize for not publishing the menu for 1-25-20 last night. Originally Ken felt I did not need to photograph the evening. After the downpour ended, I grabbed a taxi and arrived at Joe's to start documenting the evening.
MENU: Two main courses to choose from:
Italian Osso Buco, cooked long and slow in a rich vegetable/tomato sauce to remind your taste buds of your favorite stew ... or, if you prefer, our popular herb-garlic Roast Chicken. Both follow our unique avocado, beet, and orange salad with a secret cider dressing. And, accompanying your main course, is creamy polenta and local vegetables.
For dessert, Ecuador lime squares, coffee and tea selections (Jack).
