Saturday night dinner on January 18 at Joe's Secret Garden started with started freshly fried onion rings, enjoyed while the guests were sharing news of their holidays. When the main meal arrived it wasJoe's famous BBQ'd mix of shredded pork and ribs. Side dishes of Roasted Taters and Mardi Gras Coleslaw preceded the scrumptious Apple Peach Cobbler for dessert.
