Steak Oscar or Filet of Salmon

Steak Oscar, grilled tenderloin and shrimp in a mushroom sauce or Filet of Salmon in lemon dill Sauce were the two entrees selections one could choose from this Saturday evening at Joe’s Secret Garden. Each entree was accompanied by a Twice Baked Potato and medley of fresh vegetables. A Green Garden Salad started this wonderful dinner and Maracuya Mousse finished this dinner to perfection!
