“Down Home” Southern Chicken Fried Steak Dinner.

Lightly breaded Tender Beef with just a soft spice kick, fried golden and delicately bathed in a Roasted Pepper Gravy served with Mashed Potatoes, Fried Cabbage with Smokey Bacon and a Corn Bread Muffin. A Cafe Salad with Mississippi Come Back Dressing started this repast and a Delicious Caramel Apple Cake topped with Sweet Cream and a Strawberry finished it with Delight.
