Joe’s Secret Garden Serves a Mexican Dinner! Tex Mex Dinner starts with a delicious Tortilla Soup, a rich chicken broth, roasted corn, tomatoes, mile peppers, fresh avocado slices and topped with crisp tortilla strips. Grilled Chicken Enchiladas in our own salsa, rolled in a flour tortilla and baked with tomato salsa and cheese is the entree and accompanied by Big and Bold Black Beans simmered in abode, chipotle and spices and Rio Bravo Rice, fluffy Mexican style red rice full of flavor from tomatoes, spices and chipotle. The Sweet Finish was Tres Leches Cake topped with Sweet Cream and a Fresh Strawberry.
