Classic Colorful Stuffed Peppers with To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo!
Fresh Bell Peppers baked with savory ground beef, tomatoes, rice and spices topped with melted cheese standing tall on a bed of Fettuccine Alfredo. A Cafe Salad of seasonal greens, tomatoes and Parmesan Cheese in a French vinaigrette dressing starts our dinner and Homemade Banana Bread with chocolate bits in a warm sauce topped with Vanilla Ice Cream finishes this repast. KP’s Herbed Garlic Roasted Chicken is also an option at this Dinner.
