Chicken Cordon Bleu with Fettuccine Alfredo

“Cordon Bleu” translates to Blue Ribbon. It's believed that the dish was so named because of its supreme taste, Chicken stuffed with ham and cheese, coated with crunchy golden breadcrumbs and served with Fettuccine Alfredo and Fresh Vegetable. An Italian Vinaigrette Romaine Iceberg Salad garnished with Green Olives and Cherry Tomatoes with a started our appetites. We celebrated three Birthdays this evening, Rob Hertzenberg, John Thompson and Holly Thompson with a delicious candle topped Birthday Carrot Cake!
