Joe's Famous Onion Rings are just the Temping Start of the Barbecue Rib Feast! Careful preparation with Classic Rubs and hours and hours of Hardwood Smoking produce the best ribs in town! Memphis Mop sauce and Joe's own Special BBQ sauce keep them moist! Slow Cooked Pulled Pork and Grilled House Sausage accompany the Ribs and Smokey Baked Beans, House Potato Salad and Honey Cornbread Muffin complete this Family Style Barbecue! Peach Cobbler topped with Sweet Cream finish this Delicious Dinner.
