Celebrating Birthdays at Joe's Secret Garden with Chicken Cordon Bleu or Shrimp Alfredo!

Cordon Bleu” translates from French to “Blue Ribbon” in English. In French culinary tradition, the Cordon Bleu is a prestigious award given to chefs of exceptional skill. It's believed that the dish was so named because of its supreme taste and presentation, worthy of a “blue ribbon.” Chicken stuffed with ham and cheese, coated with crunchy golden breadcrumbs and served with Pasta Alfredo. Shrimp Alfredo is another option served this evening at Joe's Secret Garden. A Green Garden Salad garnished with Raisins and Queso Fresco and House Dressing started this Repast and Blueberry Topped Lemon Poundcake finished this delightful dinner. We welcomed back Sweet Miss Betty Sue and Sang Birthday Greetings to Leonard Nevin and Craig Carothers! A Wonderful Evening!
