Easter Celebration at Joe's Secret Garden

Easter, a Celebration of Life and at Joe's Secret Garden we celebrated two birthdays as well, Tom Metcalf and Mary Anne Dion! Fruit Ambrosia began our Easter Feast, Fresh Fruit lightly tossed with a creamy Marshmallow sauce. Roasted Turkey, Traditional Bread Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, Scolloped Potatoes with Ham, Fresh Sautéd Vegetables, Corn Pudding and Homemade Dinner Rolls were the Entree. A wonderful family style dinner throughly enjoyed by our many guests as Luis Ullauri entertained with wonderful background music.
