Corned Beef Brisket Dinner !!

Joe's Secret Garden did not want you to wait till St. Patrick’s Day to enjoy this special dinner so they offered it again this week and started curing the beef brisket on Sunday! The dinner starts with a Classic Green Goddess Wedge Salad,and continues with House Cured Corned Beef Brisket with Mustard Sauce on the side, Buttery, Boiled New Red Potatoes, Braised Cabbage and Carrots and a Hearty Dinner Roll. Finishing with Mocha Cappuccino Cream Mousse topped with a Ruby Strawberry. What a delight to the eyes and to the tastebuds!
