Fruit Ambrosia began our Easter Feast, Strawberries, Grapes and other Fresh Fruit lightly tossed with a creamy Marshmallow sauce topped with Flakes of Coconut. Roasted Turkey, Scolloped Potatoes with Ham, Green Beans with Sweet Peppers and Herbs, Corn Pudding and Corn Bread Muffins were the Entree. Lemon Cheesecake Mousse was the Dessert. A Wondrous Repast for a Day of Celebration with all our Guests!
