A Southern Comfort Repast considered the best food South of the Kentucky Border!
“Down Home” Southern Chicken Fried Steak Dinner.
Lightly breaded Tender Beef with just a soft spice kick, fried golden and delicately bathed in a Roasted Pepper Gravy served with Mashed Potatoes, Fried Cabbage with Smokey Bacon and a Corn Bread Muffin with Cracklins. A Cafe Salad with Mississippi Come Back Dressing started this repast and a Delicious Crepe with Apple Pie Filling topped with Sweet Cream finished it with Delight.
