Roasted Filet of Salmon in a Lemon Dill Sauce or Grilled Lomo Fino Montreal, all accompanied with a Parmesan Roasted Tomato, a Loaded Twice Baked Potato and Grilled Asparagus. Garden Tomato Bisque garnished with Fresh Basil and slices of a French Baguette started our Sumptuous Repast and French Apple Rum Cake topped with Sweet Cream concluded our delicious dinner.
