Beef Wellington & Lynne LeBlanc Nadeau!

Lynne Le Blanc Nadeau, Cuenca's Award Winning Songbird, gave her final Cuenca performance at Joe's Secret Garden last Saturday evening and there was Dancing and a Fabulous Beef Wellington Dinner to Celebrate the occasion! A Ranch Caesar Salad with Sourdough Croutons and Parmesan Cheese started our Repast, followed by Chef/ Owner KP's Classic Beef Wellington which was served with a Twice Baked Potato and Garden Fresh Vegetables. An English Trifle, a refreshing combination of Cake, Fresh Fruit and Custard completed our Dinner with Delight! Then there was Singing and Dancing with the Lovely Lynne Nadeau! What a Wondrous Evening!
