Baby Back Ribs, Slow Cooked and Slathered with BBQ Sauce, Herb and Spice Rubbed Chicken Grilled over Glowing Coals, Smokehouse Style Baked Beans, Mom's Potato Salad, Honey Corn Muffins and Finishing with Vanilla Cake With Sauced Strawberries! Appetizers were Crispy Onion Rings which our Guests Munched on in the Warm Evening in Joe's Secret Garden.
