Elegant New Year's Eve Dinner Dance!

Beef Wellington, tenderloin of beef, coated with Mushroom Pate and Smoked Ham, wrapped in Puff Pastry and Baked until Golden Brown then served in a rich Wine Sauce with Twice Baked Potatoes, Roasted Parmesan Tomato and Steamed Asparagus. A BLT Caesar Salad started the dinner and a White Chocolate Mousse with Creme dusted in Gold finished this elegant repast!
Lynne LeBlanc Nadeau entertained and enchanted us, provoking us to dance, dance, dance… all night long! A Fabulous Evening! Happy New Year to all from Joe's Secret Garden!
