Osso Buco!  Italian Style Tender Beef

Osso Buco, tender beef slow cooked with fresh vegetables and gravy for long hours and presented with Creamy Parmesan Polenta and Farm Fresh Vegetables. An Orange, Avocado and Beet Salad started our Italian Dinner and the Finale was a Creamy Fresh Mango Mousse.
