Grilled Lomo Fino or Roasted Filet of Salmon?

Halloween was the decoration theme at Joe's Secret Garden this Saturday evening. Our guests came dressed for the occasion and hungry to enjoy this great Steak or Salmon Dinner. A Classic Caesar Salad started the dinner, followed by a choice of Grilled Filet Mignon Montreal, Lomo Fino in a Wine Mushroom Sauce and a Twice Baked Potato or Roasted Filet of Salmon in a Dill Lemon Butter Sauce with Grilled Asparagus and Roasted Parmesan Tomato. The Gran Finale was a Chocolate Mud Cake with Strawberry Creme.
