Premium St. Louis BBQ Rib Dinner

Beautifully Breaded Onion Rings, shown raw and then crispy fried were served as Appetizers at Joe's BBQ Rib Dinner Saturday evening. Slow cooked over hardwood coals are House Recipe Sausages as well as Carolina Style Pulled Pork and Premium St. Louis BBQ Ribs. KP hand cut the ribs as Ken added the final touches to the BBQ Rib plate. Peach Cobbler drenched in sauce and topped with whipped cream and a Pineapple Piece was served for dessert!
