Beer Battered Corvina & Coconut Tempura Shrimp!

At Joe's Secret Garden the attendees lingered over cocktails and wine in the lovely flowering Secret Garden before returning to the wonderfully appointed dining room to enjoy a sumptuous feast of crispy Beer Battered Local Corvina and Coconut Covered Tempura Shrimp on a bed of Golden Fries served with a tangy Cole Slaw. An English Trifle, layers of homemade Pound Cake, Strawberries, Pudding, Bananas, Blueberries and Whipped Creme was for dessert!
