Osso Buco, A Heavenly Northern Italian Classic! 

Tender beef shanks, braised in a subtle yet sophisticated tomato vegetable sauce finished with a bright Gremolata of fresh parsley, lemon zest and garlic. Creamy Polenta with a touch of Cabernet compliaments this classic dish. A Salad of Winter Greens, Beets, Orange and Avocado in Apple Vinaigrette started our repast and Sweet Tart Mango Mouse finished it Perfectly!  Eggplant Lasagna, a vegetarian option, was also Served this evening. 

Joe's Secret Garden Celebrated Joanna Cox Birthday in Fabulous Style and Holly Thompson created the Jelly Belly Topped Cupcakes.

Down Home Southern Fried Chicken Dinner at its Best!

Crisp, Crunchy, Scraggly and Subtly Spicy Golden Chicken served with Creamy Mardi Gras Slaw, Buttery Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Milk Gravy and Homemade Light Country Biscuits. Our Scrumptious Postre was a Warm Chocolate Pudding Cake topped with Sweet Cream! 

The Secret Garden was Filled with Our Dinner Guests Hungry for Fried Chicken!
